There is a minimum monthly commission for Lightspeed Trader users of $130.00
Can I suspend my Trading software access to avoid being charged the exchange data feed fees or software fee if I will not be trading for a specific time period?
Yes. Lightspeed Trader users can send an email to [email protected] with your account number and the date to cancel the platform and the exchange data feed fees.
In order to suspend your Eze EMS (formerly RealTick) access, send an e-mail request to [email protected], with the date which you would like to suspend your Eze EMS (formerly RealTick) connection. Requests to suspend a Eze EMS (formerly RealTick) account must be submitted to Lightspeed 3 – 5 business days prior to the beginning of a new calendar month in order to not be charged for the upcoming month. If your request is submitted after this time, we will make every attempt to honor your subscription change request, but cannot guarantee it will be completed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Eze EMS (formerly RealTick) requires a 30 calendar day notice to cancel a platform. For example, today is April 11 and you wish to cancel Eze EMS (formerly RealTick) as soon as possible. The earliest a platform cancellation can be submitted is 5 business days before the end of April (since cancellations are not pro-rated for the current month). Then, the month of May will be the 30 calendar day period. In this instance, the Eze EMS (formerly RealTick) platform will be cancelled on June 1.
To reactivate a trading platform, send an e-mail to [email protected] and request to have your platform access turned on. Please note that fees are not prorated. If you reactivate in the middle or end of the month, you will be charged for the full month.
