Lightspeed Gateway provides access to a fully staffed trade support desk Monday through Friday from 7am – 8pm. In addition to handling phone orders, our staff are experts at understanding each venue’s erroneous policy, filing trade breaks, providing status on open orders and positions and assisting in disaster recovery.

Lightspeed Gateway:: Technology Account Management Team

Lightspeed Gateway provides a fully staffed technology support desk Monday through Friday from 7am – 8pm. Our staff can answer questions regarding protocol, set up options, machine installation in our datacenter and VPN installs. Contact personnel can also help with production issues that may arise with your account, our systems, or the external ECN’s and Exchanges.

A dedicated financial account manager and real-time accounting web site provide easy access to daily, weekly, monthly and year-to-date financial information.
