It monitors every trade in real-time, with a proprietary filtering technology that detects rapid, significant price movements, and the associated ticker symbols are then transmitted in real-time to the CoolTicks application that runs on your computer. The design of CoolTicks is searching for new highs and lows when stocks make predefined market moves, using different algorithms then your standard stock filter.
