Stephen Ehrlich – Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ehrlich has served as Chief Executive Officer of Lightspeed since he successfully led the management buyout of the Company from E*TRADE.  Previously, Mr. Ehrlich served as Chief Executive Officer of E*TRADE’s Professional Trading businesses, where he was responsible for all aspects of the business.  In addition, Mr. Ehrlich served as Vice President responsible for brokerage strategy and played a pivotal role in the development and launch of products and services, including the development of the Lightspeed Trading Platform, at the time, E*TRADE’s direct access multi-product execution system, now the core product of the Electronic Trading division.  Prior to joining E*TRADE in 1999, Mr. Ehrlich served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for TIR Securities, where he led the company’s sale to E*TRADE in August 1999.

Andrew Actman – Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Actman has served as Chief Strategy Officer since joining Lightspeed in 2006 as a result of its acquisition of Schonfeld & Company.  He currently focuses on the growth and expansion of Lightspeed’s Algortihmic Trading and Trading Group business lines.  Previously, Mr. Actman served as CEO for Schonfeld & Company.  He joined Schonfeld & Company in August of 2002 and was responsible for managing the activities of the overall operation of Schonfeld & Company and the supervision of all operational personnel.  In addition, Mr. Actman managed the customer service, relationship management and retail branches of the firm.  Mr. Actman joined Schonfeld & Company upon its acquisition of Broadway Trading, LLC. 

Scott Ignall – Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Ignall has served as Chief Technology Officer of Lightspeed since the management buyout from E*TRADE.  Previously, Mr. Ignall served as Director of DMA Product Strategy for E*TRADE Capital Markets, where he had strategic oversight over the company’s DMA, order management and market data systems in the U.S., Asia, Europe and Canada.  Prior to joining E*TRADE, Mr. Ignall served as Vice President of Technology Affairs at Tradescape, a software technology provider acquired by E*TRADE in 2002, which specialized in the development of innovative trading tools. 

Janice Barrilleaux – President and Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Barrilleaux has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Lightspeed since the management buyout from E*TRADE.  Previously, Ms. Barrilleaux served as Chief Operations Officer of E*TRADE’s Professional Trading business.  One of the original associates of E*TRADE, having joined the company in 1996, she also has a breadth of experience in acquisitions and corporate level project management.  Ms. Barrilleaux began her career in the financial industry with the Franklin Templeton Group.  

Jason Lyons – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Lyons has served as Chief Financial Officer of Lightspeed since the management buyout from E*TRADE.  Previously, Mr. Lyons worked for E*TRADE, where he handled all financial matters for E*TRADE’s Professional Trading business.  He has also worked with mergers and acquisitions and operations and was directly responsible for the day-to-day management of correspondent services at E*TRADE.  Previously, Mr. Lyons worked in the securities industry at Barclays Global Investors.
